COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The George and Barbara Bush Foundation wants both a locomotive and a plane to exhibit at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in College Station, but not just any locomotive and not just any plane. The foundation is requesting that an Air Force One plane that is set for retirement in 2025 be provided for permanent display at the library and it’s also wants to exhibit the Union Pacific No. 4141 George Bush Locomotive whose custom paint job incorporates the colors of the Air Force one used during the Bush presidency.
