FRESNO, Calif. — Tutor Perini/Zachry/Parsons, the team of firms hired to design and build the first 29 miles of high-speed rail in the Fresno-Madera area, was welcomed to downtown Fresno with an open house Tuesday. The companies jointly won a $985 million contract for the Madera-Fresno construction project.
