PASADENA, Calif. — A group of California lawmakers have called upon railroad owner Veoila to increase compensation for victims of the deadly 2008 Metrolink crash in Chatsworth, Calif., that left 25 people dead. Current statutory limits are capped at $200 million, and the lawmakers are asking Veoila to offer more than that amount.
