CALGARY — Canada set another record in October for rail shipments of crude oil for export, Kallanish Energy reports. The volume transported by rail for export reached more than 10.14 million barrels (Mmbbl), according to data from the National Energy Board. That is the first time that Canada has moved 10 Mmbbl by rail in a single month, and it is a 25.3% increase from September 2018’s nearly 8.1 Mmbbl.
