NEW YORK — Canadian crude oil rail shipments grew in December 2019, according to the Canadian Energy Regulator. The federal agency said more than 10.76 million barrels (Mmbbl) of oil were shipped by rail in 2019’s last month, Kallanish Energy reports. That is up 18.6% from the 9.07 Mmbbl moved by rail in November 2019.
