CALGARY — Canadian crude oil is hitting the rails at levels not seen since 2014, according to new data from the National Energy Board (NEB). Approximately 170,600 bbls/d was exported from Canada by rail in March, the NEB said. That’s up from 134,075 bbls/d in February and it’s the highest since December 2014, when Canadian crude by rail averaged 175,654 bbls/d.
