CHICAGO — Police are looking for the person behind a major railroad theft ring in Chicago’s South Side.
They found $150-thousand dollars worth of items during a pair of raids at a storage facility at 51st and Wentworth.
That’s where officers found everything from appliances and electronics to lingerie. Police say the thieves took items from freight trains and warehouses.
They also found several loaded guns and assault rifles.
