TUCSON, Ariz. — The Tucson City Council has approved a $990,000 settlement to Union Pacific Railroad after a city employee improperly marked a waterline location. It resolves a lawsuit Union Pacific filed after the 2010 waterline break that dumped nearly 11 million gallons of water into its rail yard in Tucson.
