GUERNSEY, Sask. — The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada says it is too early to speculate what caused a fiery derailment of a Canadian Pacific Railway freight train near Guernsey, Sask. The TSB said Monday that four investigators are on the ground to examine the wreckage and said they will be documenting every car.
