OTTAWA — Canadian National Railway Company director V. Maureen Kempston Darkes exercised 32,000 options for company shares at prices ranging from $14.75 to $15.41 between Feb. 11 and Feb. 13, 2008. She sold 12,600 company shares at $50.80 each on Feb. 11, 2008. Her total holdings after these transactions was 32,000 shares.
