HAMILTON, Ontario — CN Rail is placing its second order with National Steel Car in less than a month — a move that is expected to result in the creation of more than 300 new, full-time jobs. The order for 1,000 new grain hopper cars over the next two years will help replace aging equipment needed to serve increasing annual crop yields, the railway company said in a news release.
