Contractor was killed while operating fuel truck at UP’s Bailey Yard

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. — The Nebraska State Patrol is confirming Ryan Ziel, 22, died at Union Pacific’s Bailey Yards on Sept. 15th. Ziel was run over by a fuel truck.
