GILLETTE, Wyo. — About 700 locked out Blackjewel LLC coal miners are closer to returning to work after a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge approved the company’s motion to potentially sell its flagship Wyoming properties and a mine in West Virginia to Contura Energy.
