HOUSTON -Cooper Industries Ltd. directors elected Union Pacific Railroad Co. president and chief operating officer to its board of directors, the company said Tuesday.
Ivor Evans, who has held his job at the Omaha, Neb.-based railroad since 1998 and has been a Union Pacific director since 1999, joined three current board members who were elected to three-year terms at Houston-based Cooper’s annual meeting.
