ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — The slogan “NJ Transit. The Way to Go” is printed on the receipt of every train ticket bought on the Atlantic City Rail Line. But with declining ridership and an infrequent schedule, that slogan is becoming more obsolete to residents in South Jersey.
