NEW YORK — Two railroad companies asked a Virginia federal judge Tuesday to pause an antitrust suit over a small railroad they co-own, citing travel restrictions and concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, with plaintiff CSX Transportation Inc. and defendant Norfolk Southern Railway Co. jointly requesting to reschedule the upcoming trial.
