VANCOUVER, B.C. — Canadian Pacific and Port Metro Vancouver announced on February 22 a collaboration agreement intended to accelerate the movement of cargo through Canada’s largest international sea port.
In a joint news release, CP and the port authority said greater collaboration and accountability among supply chain partners is “the key to more efficient and reliable trade through the [Pacific] Gateway.
The agreement commits the port, CP and stakeholder groups including terminal operators to have their performance measured, to work collaboratively on customer service issues, and on dispute resolution.
