CALGARY — “Intense and unprecedented flooding” caused the Bonnybrook Bridge in Calgary to collapse, derailing six cars in June 2013, the Transportation Safety Board said in its report released Wednesday. The report clears CP Rail of responsibility, saying its inspections of the bridge were well on track with safety standards.
