ESTEVAN, Sask. — Canadian Pacific Railway is expanding the transportation of crude oil with the opening of its transload facility in Estevan, Sask. Estevan is about 10 miles north of the North Dakota border and about 118 miles northwest of Minot. Bakken oil from Saskatchewan will be moved through the U.S. Midwest, including North Dakota, U.S. West Coast and eastern Canada to reach the various refineries in both Canada and the United States.
