CALGARY — Canadian Pacific Railway is transferring 100 jobs to IBM Canada Ltd. under a $200-million technology outsourcing deal announced Tuesday.

The two companies said they have signed a seven-year agreement under which the computer services giant will operate the Calgary railway’s computer and technology systems.

About 100 workers who currently do the technology work for Canada’s second-biggest railway will become IBM Canada employees in Calgary and Toronto.
