CP says it is ready to re-engage with KCS; CP to proceed with STB application process

CALGARY — Canadian Pacific Railway Limited sent the following letter to the Surface Transportation Board (“STB”) today in response to the Kansas City Southern (“KCS”) Board of Directors’ decision to terminate the Merger Agreement with CP.
