CALGARY — Canadian Pacific Railway said today its annual meeting of shareholders will be held in Vancouver on April 28, 2003, at the Vancouver Convention &Exhibition Centre, 999 Canada Place. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Pacific time.
Rob Ritchie, President and Chief Executive Officer of CPR, will address shareholders. Ted Newall, Chairman of CPR’s Board of Directors, will chair the meeting. There will be a live audio webcast of the meeting via CPR’s website, www.cpr.ca. An audio replay will be available on the website through May 16, 2003.
