SOCIAL CIRCLE, Ga. — A CSX railroad employee was significantly injured at General Mills’ distribution center in Social Circle around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The worker, who has not yet been identified, was spotting a train as it backed up and got tangled or caught between or under the cars, according to Social Circle Fire Chief Ken Zaydel, who said the man was airlifted to Grady Memorial Hosptial in Atlanta.
