WORCESTER, Mass. — CSX is moving its operations out of the Allston area of Boston, with much of that freight business coming to Worcester. The Worcester yard is being expanded from 58 to 79 acres. CSX says the Worcester expansion is similar in scope to the construction of a hub facility in North Baltimore, Ohio. The Worcester Telegram provides an update on construction progress in its October 16 issue.
