NILES, Ohio – “It’s something we’re never going to forget, truly.” That’s what Pat Cera is saying about the train derailment that happened around 3:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
Pat Cera and his wife had been sitting on their front porch near 5th Street as the train rolled by. “A tremendously loud noice. It was terrifying. It truly was. It kicked up an atrocious could of dirt and dust and then it all just came to a stop.”
