JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — CSX Corporation today announced the appointment of Alison Brown as vice president, Human Resources, effective immediately. The position reports to Bob Haulter, CSX Corporation’s senior vice president, human resources and labor relations.
In her new position, Brown will have responsibility for client HR functions in CSX Corporation and most subsidiaries. She will also oversee talent management, management staffing and Equal Opportunity Employment compliance.
“Alison Brown is a proven leader with 20 years of business experience in a variety of roles in our company, including positions in customer service, accounting, audit and finance,” said Haulter. “My confidence in Alison comes not only from her many accomplishments during her tenure here, but from knowing her genuine desire for excellence and her commitment to the people of CSX.”
