HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. — A CSX train engine stuck for nearly 48 hours is now on the move. The protesting miners came to an agreement with CSX officials to move the locomotive but leave the train cars loaded with coal. Also, United Mine Workers of America members came to Harlan County to show their support for the Blackjewel protesters.
