NEW YORK — CSX says its rail operations are not experiencing any “significant delays” in the Philadelphia area Wednesday following an Amtrak derailment Tuesday. CSX’s mainline is not in the vicinity of the Amtrak incident, according to Rob Doolittle, a CSX spokesman.
