WATERTOWN, N.Y. — An estimated 60 CSX employees will be affected by the sale of train tracks known as the Massena rail line, which runs through Quebec and New York. Canadian National Railway Company purchased 220 miles of track from rail company CSX. Twelve workers are in Canada and the rest are in the U.S., including conductors, track workers, and engineers. They are all unionized.
