MADISONVILLE, Ky. — Emergency officials say a train derailed in western Kentucky and blocked a road, but nothing was spilled and no one was injured. The CSX train had 14 overturned cars and one overturned tanker when emergency officials arrived at the scene between Nortonville and Morton’s Gap on Saturday around 3:30 p.m.
