CSX train tips, spills 2,100 gallons of diesel fuel in Selkirk

SELKIRK, N.Y. — A tanker car that partially derailed spilled 2,100 gallons of diesel fuel at the CSX rail yard on Sunday, Selkirk Fire Chief Joe Michaniw said.
