Denver light rail stunned by BNSF’s charge for use of northwest rail lines

DENVER, Colo. — According to the Denver Post, leaders of Denver’s commuter rail service, RTD, were stunned to learn that BNSF Railway will charge them $535 million for use of its tracks.
