OMAHA, Neb. — BNSF Railway might be grappling with a congested network, but the Berkshire Hathaway-owned railroad says fourth-quarter profit rose 6 percent on higher shipments of farm crops and industrial goods. Fourth-quarter profit rose to $1.2 billion, the employer of about 5,000 in Nebraska reported this week. For 2014, profit rose 2 percent to $3.8 billion. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 7 percent to $6.2 billion, and full-year revenue rose 6 percent to $23.2 billion.
