BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Prosecutors won’t file charges against the wife of a murdered railway worker. Sabrina Limon, 35, was arrested this week, accused of conspiring with her lover in the murder of her husband, 38-year-old Robert Limon. Deputy District Attorney Esther Schlaerth said Thursday that they won’t charge Limon due to insufficient evidence. The alleged lover, 24-year-old Jonathan Michael Hearn, of Hesperia, remains a murder suspect.
