DULUTH, Minn. — Canadian-based CN railway has announced the formal merger of its three Northland subsidiary rail companies into one. The Duluth Missabe and Iron Range Railway Co., the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway Co. and the Wisconsin Central are now combined and called the Wisconsin Central Ltd.
