BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — New Jersey legislators, take notice: No more rhetoric about Governor Christie killing the ARC tunnel. That happened five years ago, and too little has been done to move an alternative project forward. Additionally, state officials — Democrats and Republicans — have been aware for some time that both tubes of the existing Hudson rail tunnel will have to be closed for a year apiece because of Superstorm Sandy damage. Do something.
