LAC-MEGANTIC — Like millions of other people, I watched in horror what happened three years ago here in Lac-Mégantic. I suspected regulatory breakdown was responsible, and I was concerned that the official story would try to obscure the causes…as had happened in other disasters. My goal was to offer an independent perspective.
