LAS CRUCES, N.M. — The potential opportunities available from the new Union Pacific rail yard in Santa Teresa are endless. The challenge now is to leverage those opportunities to the greatest extent possible, and ensure that as many jobs as possible from the new facility go to New Mexico workers.
