BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — Now, more than 50 years after the wrecking ball leveled the original Penn Station, the Hudson tunnels need to be immediately repaired and eventually replaced. And capacity inside the station needs to be expanded. All of this will cost money — a lot of money.
