BOSTON — Every year in the U.S., more than 800 people are killed on train tracks, either by suicide or accident. Railroads have developed programs to help engineers deal with the tragedy. Nancy Cohen visited with one group of engineers who work for the Mass Bay Commuter Rail in Boston.
