LINCOLN, Neb. — A former BNSF Railway employee from Iowa has won more than $1 million in a wrongful termination lawsuit. Daniel Monohon, who lives in Iowa but is based out of BNSF in Lincoln, was fired in 2014 for what the railroad alleged was insubordination.
