POMONA, Calif. — One of the world’s largest steam locomotives, the old Big Boy No. 4014 has occupied space, and plenty of it, at the L.A. County Fair since 1962 as part of the year-round Rail Giants Train Museum. Now, a half-century later, Union Pacific wants its train back. Members of the Railway and Locomotive Historical Society, which operates the museum, are on board.
