A federal judge ordered an Indiana concrete company to restore pay and benefits to 23 cement truck drivers who were cut following a Teamsters strike.
U.S. District Court Judge Jon E. Deguilio of the Northern District of Indiana on Friday ordered Irving Ready-Mix of Fort Wayne, Ind., to recognize and bargain with the union.
The ruling was requested by the National Labor Relations Board, which has been investigating Teamster complaints about Irving Ready-Mix since August 2010.
