CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Monday night fire at the Norfolk Southern Railyard at Scruggs and E. 3rd Street required four companies from the Chattanooga Fire Department. When firefighters arrived on the scene, they found a large stack of railroad tires on fire next to the mail rail line.
