JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The first train load of Jacksonville Port Authority’s newly completed Intermodal Container Transfer Facility at Dames Point arrived Monday in support of a high-level military training exercise this month. The official opening of the facility for commercial container movements will take place later this year.
