ORLANDO, Fla. — The Florida Senate’s Finance and Tax subcommittee plans to scrutinize a dozen different tax-incentive programs this afternoon. The list includes several programs that have been the subject of Orlando Sentinel stories in recent months. Among them is Jacksonville-based CSX Corp., which may be the most controversial.
