FORT COLLINS, Colo. — With a change in railroad switching operations in Windsor and Greeley beginning Feb. 1, fewer Great Western Railway and Union Pacific Railroad trains are coming into east Fort Collins. That has resulted in reduced switching operations along tracks that parallel Riverside Avenue and fewer trains blocking the rail crossing on Lemay Avenue.
