HOUSTON — For the fourth straight year, four of the seven Class I railroads that operate in the US were deemed revenue adequate for 2017, with Union Pacific garnering the best return among the four for the eighth consecutive year, according to the US Surface Transportation Board’s annual determination issued Friday.
