BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — Thousands of Amtrak employees will be coming back as the train cars are again fully reopened. Amtrak spokesperson Marc Magliari says Amtrak was able to recall thousands of employees nationally after they had been furloughed when the railroad reduced its services during the pandemic.
