NEW YORK — Penn Station may never be returned to the grand station originally built by the Pennsylvania Railroad and demolished in the 1960s, but New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo wants to give it a shot. Cuomo unveiled a sweeping plan Wednesday to renovate the station’s interior and to build a block-long grand entrance on Eighth or Seventh Avenues.
